Requirements to Become a Vendor.
The process of becoming a certified Leprechaun Incorporated Retailer has a few steps. This webpage is designed to be more informational, and provide clarity on how to become a retailer.
We do require proof of identification. The proof of Identification is a government-issued identification card; (all legitimate governments have an identification card), and a type of official correspondence; (a water/electric bill with your name and address on it).
Our terms of delivery are all items will be available from one of a few locations:
Directly from our factories in China. The customer is responsible for all logistics charges, and taxes that may apply to the order. We get the order in our factory, and the customer arranges to pick it up directly from our factory.
From Customs; (all countries have customs intake ports) intake port of choice. This is the choice when we ship from our factory to our customer’s choice of customs intake ports.
From factory to door; (your door). This is the service which is most costly up-front but is easiest being Leprechaun, Inc. handles the entire order from our factories to our customer’s address. All taxes, logistics charges, and other fees are passed onto the customer without markup.
We use PayPal services for all of our monetary transactions. A PayPal Invoice for your order will be automatically generated and sent to your email provided. Make sure this is the PayPal email you have linked to your business account because it is the account that will be billed. We also send invoices to customers who may not want to use PayPal to pay for an order. The invoices will be sent directly from us to the customer. Orders will not ship until payment of the invoice has been made in full.
We do offer assistance with operating your new bicycle business, and for seasoned professionals, we have solutions for you as well. If the choice of having Leprechaun, Inc. (EIN: 83-1350693) assists your ordering, and inventory management we do not have an additional fee. The reason being helping you sell more bicycles, and scooters help us sell more items as well.
Wholesale Pricing only applies to wholesale orders. All wholesale orders need to be in a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of three items per item choice. An example: 3 Electrocycles, and 3 Cars. Something that does not qualify is 3 Electrocycles and 2 Scooters. Each item needs to be in a number greater than 3. If an order is for example 4 Electrocycles and 3 Cars that is acceptable as well. Or, even just 3 Electrocycles is an option as too.
Financing options are available. For financing qualifications please visit the financing information webpage. Financing terms for retailer orders are a maximum of six months in length and require Leprechaun, Inc. to being assistive in the day-to-day operations at first until we can establish general business knowledge of retailers. For more information on exactly how financing works please navigate to our Financing webpage. Remember to help you grow helps us grow. We are going to follow best practices, and not recommend that retailers purchase the absolute maximum of inventories that they have money for. But, a responsible amount that has a 60% or better chance based on market calculations for geographic area and types of items people purchase. We look at CPI indexes to find this information and do the calculations for you. If we know an order will bankrupt a retailer with less than 60% chance of sale we will not finance but will allow cash sale with a consultation about an advertising plan.
All Retailers are required to fill out the retailer form. This is where the government-issued identification card and official correspondence are uploaded, as is a national carrier (non-prepaid) credit card information is uploaded. This information is held in case of default. This is not required in cases when orders are paid in full at the time of order without financing.
