Stegosaur Investments, Inc. is a subsidiary that is instead a form of revenue for Leprechaun, Inc. The revenue type is operating income for Leprechaun, Inc. as it is Leprechaun, Inc.'s job to manage the subsidiaries through the perspective of analyzing a portfolio. The operating income for Leprechaun, Inc. is through being paid 10% of commissions collected by Stegosaur Investments, Inc. Stegosaur Investments, Inc. does access a  $0.0018/Stegosaur Share either bought or sold at the time of either purchase or sale. Our display of NAV price does take the commission into account. There is also a 2% gain fee accessed under any gains by managing

 Investments. No client's money ever is transferred to Leprechaun, Inc. That is our client's capital and we at Stegosaur Investments, Inc. are aware of that. The awareness of ownership of capital being our clients and shareholders mean we charge low fees that are based on performance, and not capital under management.
