The way that our deliveries are handled is by having patients log into the web service, and follow the link for them to submit their orders. After the login form has been completed an email will be sent to the new patients. After that email is sent we do recommend just bookmarking the form for quicker ordering. Once an order has been placed the closest delivery person from Weedstore, LLC will handle the delivery. We use the person closest because we do offer our employees a gas credit for their services.

 When one of the delivery agents arrives with the order before it can be filled a valid OMMA card must be in possession of the person making the order. The name within our patient database and the person making the order must also match. This is to help us ensure that only OMMA cardholders are able to make purchases from our company. We strive to operate a fair and honest company. Part of this is us obeying the law of our land.

 When deliveries are made if a patient is in a place other than their residence listed within our database only a three-ounce maximum will be sold. If a patient is at their residence listed we are able to sell up to eight ounces to a patient. This is as per OMMA guidelines for patients maximum allowed to have.

Payment for deliveries must be made at the time of the delivery. Our delivery agents will have card readers with them that allow them to process the payment at the time of delivery. This is part of how our delivery agents check OMMA cards to ensure that the person that ordered, and is being delivered to is the person that is legal to do so. This process allows us to ensure that we are taking payment from the person listed on the card. This means that the name on the card and the name on the ID must match.

 Currently, we accept payment through our Crypto.com app which allows for payment by cryptocurrency, or USD. The choice is that of the patient ordering what they would like to pay with.

The way that our brokerage services operate is through business-to-business sales. This portion of the business is for registered medical cannabis companies that have valid business licenses with OMMA. Weedstore, LLC retains a database of the various quantities that are available for sale and being sought for the purchase of. Weedstore, LLC acts as a constant buyer and constant seller between various companies around the state who also sell medical cannabis. This service gives companies around our state to have the ability to post unsold quantities in the open market, and also to post orders for quantities that those companies attempting to fill.

 Through our services, we do offer complete handling of the order. We will handle the picking up of the order from the seller, and the delivery of the products to the buyers. We do require that payment be made before delivery of the products will even begin. All product orders must be filled with the quantity that is posted for sale. If the quantity is different than posted a fee will be assessed against the amount missing from the order. We are putting our names out there that our orders will be fulfilled as promised, so we ask that companies who do post quantities for sale through our services be able to fulfill their portion of the order. Their portion is the amount they have said they have available to sell. If an order does need to be modified we do ask that an adjustment form be filed, and we can have the quantities available adjusted automatically allowing our services to react, and sell in real time without having to wait for information.
